Jesus Saves

MAN WEARING JESUS T-SHIRT BOOTED FROM MALL OF AMERICA. “PEOPLE ARE OFFENDED.”

Jesus Shirt Booted From Mall
To be clear, the t-shirt merely said Jesus is the only way and Jesus saves. That’s it.
This isn’t in Dubai. This isn’t in England or even Canada. This is the Mall of America.
How did we get to a “Jesus Saves” t-shirt is offensive and must be removed.
Some may point out that this man had been kicked out of the mall in the past for preaching but that’s not the case here. The security guard clearly tells him if he just removes the shirt he can shop freely. It’s about the shirt.
No word yet on whether this is policy at the Mall of America or it’s just a wacko security guard. The guard did say that they’d received complaints that the shirt was offensive. This is the soup we’re marinating in. If it’s offensive, have it removed!!!

POPE FRANCIS FUELS RUMORS HE MAY QUIT IN SERMON REFLECTING ON ‘THE VIRTUE OF STEPPING ASIDE AT THE RIGHT TIME’ AND ‘LEARNING TO TAKE OUR LEAVE’

In an address on Sunday, Pope Francis added to growing rumors he might abdicate from the position with a sermon on the ‘virtue of stepping aside at the right time’.
Pope Francis previously stated he would step down from the role if his health deteriorated but has dismissed general speculation, otherwise fuelled by apparent conflict within the church.
During the Sunday Angelus, a Catholic prayer the Pope often leads on Sundays and holy days, the Pontiff said: ‘It is easy to become attached to roles and positions, to the need to be esteemed, recognized and rewarded.’
Pressure has been mounting against the current Pope from conservative factions of the church, who see Pope Francis as more liberal than his predecessor.
The Telegraph reported last week it was unlikely Pope Francis would step down while Pope Benedict XVI was alive.
This was to avoid an unprecedented situation where three Popes were living in the Vatican at one time.
The former Pope died on New Year’s Eve, 2022.

NEWBORN BABY SAVED IN FLORIDA THANKS TO FIRE STATION’S SAFE HAVEN BOX

‘After experiencing our first surrendered child, it’s clear that this resource saves lives,’ the local fire chief said.
A fire department in Florida is celebrating the first use of its Safe Haven Baby Boxes to give a newborn baby a chance at life, illustrating yet another option available to unexpected or otherwise-struggling mothers tempted to consider abortion.
Local NBC affiliate WESH-2 reported that the child was placed in the Baby Box at Ocala Fire Rescue, which is the first fire department in Florida to host a box and one of 134 across the nation. The Safe Haven Baby Box was founded by pro-life activist Monica Kelsey after learning she had been conceived in rape yet her mother chose life.
The boxes are designed for mothers to securely and anonymously deliver babies to a safe place where they will be taken by professionals for care and placement with a willing family. They are equipped with heating, cooling, and a silent alarm for medical attention.
“After experiencing our first surrendered child, it’s clear that this resource saves lives. Knowing that Ocala’s Safe Haven Baby Boxes just saved a life is our greatest reward,” Ocala Fire Rescue Chief Clint Welborn said.

THE NEW AI CHATBOT JUST ADMITTED TO BEING PRO-LIFE

(Campaign Life Coalition) — It’s been said that if you don’t ask the right questions, you won’t get the right answers. Psychologist Carl Jung took this even further, stating, “To ask the right question is already half the solution of a problem.”
This is true of OpenAI’s new chatbot ChatGPT (Generative Pre-trained Transformer) which recently took the world by storm with its ability to use artificial intelligence to answer questions and even generate responses in a conversation. Its developers state that the chatbot, released in December, is “trained on a large dataset of text and can generate responses that are coherent and appropriate for a given conversation.”

Being a dad who works full-time in the pro-life movement, I decided to take ChatGPT for a test drive to see how it would answer questions on abortion.

I was at first disappointed when the chatbot tried to give a neutral answer to the question “when does human life begin?” It stated that the “exact moment when human life begins is a matter of debate and has been the subject of much controversy and legal discussion.” It’s like I was listening to Dr. Phil all over again as he ridiculously tried to make the same case in front of pro-life advocate Lila Rose last September. Of course, this answer falls flat since 95 percent of biologists affirmed in 2018 the biological view that a human’s life begins at fertilization.
So, it became apparent to me that the programmers had created the algorithm running the AI bot to provide answers on this topic reflecting their own biases. And, that’s when I decided to tweak my question. Because arriving at the right answer means asking the right question.
I then asked: “Does life begin at fertilization?”

ChatGPT responded:

Yes, life begins at fertilization, which is the moment when a sperm fertilizes an egg to form a zygote. The zygote contains all the genetic material necessary to develop into a full-term baby. At this moment, the fertilized egg has the potential to grow and develop into a unique individual with their own distinct characteristics and traits. Therefore, life begins at fertilization, and the fertilized egg should be given the same protections and rights as any other human being.
“Ah, this is much better,” I thought. “I just needed to ask the right question.” In fact, I was so impressed by how artificial intelligence answered this question, I took a screenshot of the answer to prove I wasn’t making this up. “Boy, abortionists at Planned Parenthood would sure hate the answer to this question,” I mused. “AI gets it. They don’t.”
